If you choose to
experience a private session:
Private Sessions focus on your personal goals. They are 1 ½ hours
minimum. I like to begin with what we call “reflective ground work”.
After we decide on an intention for your session and you choose a
horse to work with (or a horse chooses you) we embark on a journey
to discover what your soul wants you to listen to. It’s difficult to
tell where the horses will lead you, but they always seem to have
the directions. I act as a guide during the session and interpret
through the horse’s body language what they are mirroring back to
you. If you choose to continue with private sessions there are many
different activities beyond reflective ground work but this is where
we will most likely start.
It is our experience that horses guide humans toward greater
self-awareness through recognizing and honoring emotions. They have
the ability to awaken one’s intuition and mirror authentic feelings.
We invite you to experience an open heart dancing with the Ways of
these magnificent beings. No Horse experience necessary.

- Be in your body
and listen when it speaks to you. Develop and enhance sensory
awareness, intuition, and creative expression by accessing the
heart.
- Understand the
messages behind emotions including fear, depression and
vulnerability. Honor emotions as gifts to navigate challenge and
change
- Release old
patterns that are limiting the wide view of your true potential
- Recognize false
beliefs blocking you from the life you really want. Create
authentic relationships based on respect, trust and
authenticity.
- Discover your
inner world, open your heart, and honor the unique gifts you’ve
been given
- Take what you
learn home to your loved ones and your horses
